Academics agency is seeking a dedicated SEN English Teacher to work in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Derbyshire, providing essential support to children at risk of exclusion or those already excluded from mainstream education.Position Details:

• Role: English Teacher
• Location: Derbyshire/Chesterfield
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only, temp to perm,
• Key Stages: Supporting pupils across Key Stages (Ks4 & Ks4)

About the Role:This PRU setting offers tailored educational programmes designed to meet the diverse and challenging needs of pupils, helping them achieve their potential. You will be working with pupils who require extra support to manage their behaviour, emotions, and social skills, making a significant impact on their personal and academic development.

• Support pupils in small groups, 1:1, and off-site settings (e.g., homes, libraries, cafes).
• Work with a small team of staff.
• Provide intervention strategies to help pupils reintegrate into mainstream education.
