Responsibilities:

* Customise support to meet the unique learning needs of students with SEN.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
* Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
* Assist in overall classroom management, promoting a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Establish open lines of communication with parents, teachers, and external professionals.
* Regularly observe and assess the academic and social development of students with SEN.
* Adapt teaching materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in various teaching techniques suitable for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
* Comprehensive understanding of child development and the learning process.
* Either possess an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one through Randstad.
* Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
