• Support the school’s SEND provision, working with students with a variety of special educational needs.
• Provide 1:1 support to students who require personalized assistance.
• Work flexibly across Key Stages 1 and 2 as needed.
• Engage students by promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.

What We’re Looking From a SEN TA:

• Previous experience working with SEN students is essential.
• A strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.
• A passion for working with children with special educational needs and a flexible, patient approach.
• The ability to work with children who may be hyperactive and exhibit challenging behavior.
