Pay Rate: £95 – £120 per day (depending on experience)

As an SEN TA, this is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with a range of needs, ensuring they can access learning, develop essential skills, and thrive in an inclusive environment.As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons adapted to individual needs.
• Helping pupils to develop their confidence, independence, and social skills.
• Providing tailored emotional and academic support to meet each child’s unique requirements.
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to track progress and provide consistent support.

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
• Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable in your approach.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
• Provide a complete CV with explanations for any gaps in employment over the last 10 years.
