You Will

• Help to iteratively improve our Core insurance platform and deliver the best insurance solution to our customers worldwide.
• Collaborate with our global business stakeholders to understand and drive new business ideas.
• Analyze customer requirements.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to align on solutions.
• Employ your functional expertise to create architectural solutions, design solutions in collaboration with product engineers and architects.
• Perform functional acceptance of implemented requirements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate within and across teams.

Your Skills

• Finished IT / economics related studies or similar discipline or IT project experience.
• Good understanding of insurance business requirements and processes.
• Ideally 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT development projects.
• 2+ years’ experience working as ABS designer, ideally in the Contract & Product domain and involving ABS adapter and Airwave know-how.
• Knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, SQL and REST APIs.
• Ability to think critically, strong communication and conflict resolution skills, flexibility, adaptability and proactiveness.
• Strong team player and fast learner, able to quickly adapt to a hybrid environment.
• Agile mindset and good understanding of agile software development framework (e.g. Scrum) and tools (e.g. JIRA)
• Very good English skills is mandatory.
