This role is based in Belfast but offers hybrid working and should stand as the launch pad for any developing or established recruiter to take the next step to enjoying unparalleled earnings and exposure in a key area of our business.Our team deliver on key roles at all levels, working with a wide range of clients across all of Northern Ireland from Public Sector and NFP organisations right through to Top 100 firms and SME’s. You will enter into a ‘warm’ desk and hugely supportive and collaborative culture. This particular market presents a huge opportunity for the successful candidate to establish themselves as a key member of our (already highly successful) recruitment team, deliver very strongly on fees and achieve real career progression within a relatively short timeframe.The Package

The Ideal Person

• A strong academic profile with the ambition and drive to become the leading recruiter in the Accountancy sector
• 2 year’s+ Recruitment experience and a proven track record of delivering strong fees and maintaining relationships
