This newly created role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of accounting processes across several Belgian entities and to actively shape the future finance structure of the region.

• Manage end-to-end accounting for several Belgian entities (GL, AP/AR, payroll, tax).
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closings and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A, legal and business teams to streamline financial processes.
• Liaise with external stakeholders (auditors, tax advisors, corporate secretary).
• Guarantee data accuracy and implement improvements when needed.
• Play a key role in setting up a finance delivery center for future European expansion.
• Handle ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives.

• Experience: 3–5 years in accounting, with strong knowledge of Belgian tax and payroll.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English.
• Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or Finance.
