The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.PURPOSETo assist in the design negotiation and management of SLAs with suppliers- To manage and enhance the operational performance of the suppliers in line with SITA’s strategy – To be SITA’s supplier interface in order to manage locally or centrally any changes in processes or metrics, etc…including support in organizing any SITA specific training.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and promote opportunities to continuously improve contractual relationships.
• Ensure the execution of and participate in the contractual and operational reviews of the SITA governance model.
• Perform gap analysis through suppliers’ performance benchmarking and competitive analyses with objective to continuously improve operational and process performance- Implement processes to collect business metrics for analyses.
• Gather performance data requirements against agreed supplier service levels.
• Prepare and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and analyze internal and external feedback surveys to highlight trends areas of strength and weaknesses and ensure that this is given adequate visibility in SITA.
• Drive service level improvements and monitor supplier performance trends in all operational areas in coordination with operational owners.
• Contribute to the design of standard customer SLAs for new services and create relevant customer SLA templates and design guides.
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations: oversee the entire supply chain process, from order processing, staging requirements to dispatching VHF equipment: radios, VGC SEL, UPS/PDU/routers, antennas
• Inventory management: maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock levels of VHF components.
• Shipment coordination: manage the shipment and receipt of VHF equipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Vendor and supplier Liaison: work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of VHF materials
• Compliance and safety: ensure all logistics operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO standards.
• Technical support: provide technical logistic analysis and expertise in program support related to VHF systems.
• Database Management: organize and manage information in logistics databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Own the relationship with assigned supplier.

Qualifications:EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier management or similar function preferably in a global organization and service provider environment
• Proven experience as a Logistics Technician or similar role in the supply chain, preferably in the VHF domain.
• Experience in technical logistic analysis and program support.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts.
• Ability to manage inventory effectively and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with development and implementation of strategies to optimize operational costs without sacrificing quality or performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of a wide range of ICT technologies and services
• Competent in data analysis
• Ability to multitask on numerous tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in creating data models and reports with Microsoft Power BI preferred.
• French mandatory: mother tongue or fluent
• English fluent
