He/She will support and work closely with Director Corporate Finance and VP Treasury, Finance & Risk. He/She will interact primarily with colleagues within Treasury, Finance & Risk, as well as other functions in Finance and Corporate Legal.The Senior Analyst’s primary responsibilities are as follows:1. Financing

  • Good understanding of the debt instruments (bank facility, DCM, ECM)
  • Consolidate/summarize market update
  • Support and participate in long-term financing transactions
  • Support and prepare annual ESG related reporting under the debt contract

2. Credit Rating

  • Good understanding of S&P methodology
  • Maintain credit rating models
  • Prepare quarterly S&P liquidity report
  • Support periodic discussion with the rating agency

3. Equity related

  • Understand share management program and share buybacks
  • Follow up the operations and manage weekly settlement
  • Prepare monthly securities report
  • Support and participate in ad hoc ESOP project

4. Reporting

  • Prepare quarterly bank counter-party risk report
  • Support quarterly presentation to the Senior Management and the Audit Committee of the Board
  • Prepare periodical Internal Control reports
  • Prepare quarterly core bank relationship report
  • Prepare quarterly Corporate Finance related cash forecast

5. Other

  • Provide support/backup to Corporate Treasury (e.g. Middle Office/Front Office)
  • Manage Corporate Finance related invoices and arrange payments in a timely fashion

About you:We would love to hear from you and how you match this position.To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

  • Strong academic background in Finance, Treasury, Economics or Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury (corporate or bank), previous corporate finance experience preferred
  • Strong financial analytical skills, attention to details, highly numerate
  • Excellent with Excel, Powerpoint and the MS Office software
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Excellent team player who enjoys working in an international and multi-cultural environment
  • Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously
