In our office in Székesfehérvár-Hungary we are looking for a, Key areas of accountability:

• Invoice Processing and Accounting

• Ensure correct accounting of purchase invoices in alignment with company and Belgian accounting policies.
• Verify invoice accuracy, including approvals, purchase orders, and receipts, and address discrepancies.
• Vendor Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing all invoicing and payment-related issues.
• Reconcile vendor accounts regularly to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence

• Maintain bookkeeping standards in compliance with PSS’s and Belgian policies,
• Ensure accounts payable processes align with internal controls and external regulations.
• Process Improvement

• Support process improvements related to accounts payable management, identifying and implementing best practices to increase efficiency an accuracy.
• Reconciliation and Reporting

• Perform detailed reconciliation of vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate accounts payable aging reports and other relevant financial analyses for management.
• Additional Responsibilities

• Complete other accounts payable-related tasks and projects as temporarily assigned by management.
• Assist with audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.

, Requirements:
Work under certain supervision, and some tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. The job requires initiative, and the person must be able to cope with deadlines. Interaction and communication with both internal and external parties.

• Education and Experience

• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role.
• Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor in accounting or university economic degree.
• Technical Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Professional level of English, basic understanding of Dutch is nice to have.
• Key Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
