For our Client, who has possibility to work 100% remote, we are looking for candidates for the position of (Senior) AP Accountant with French.Responsibilities:

verify and process incoming PO and non-PO invoices, credit notes, and other accounts payable documentation,
reconcile AP accounts and prepare regular reports, including AP Aging, GR/IR, and account reconciliations,
prepare and execute payment proposals accurately and on time,
maintain and update internal procedures and documentation,
provide audit-related documentation as required and support colleagues with similar requests,
assist Legal Entities, Headquarters, AP team members, Team Coaches, and Team Leaders with ad hoc tasks,
identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to their implementation,
perform various tasks related to the end-to-end accounts payable process,
deliver high-quality customer service to all internal and external stakeholders,
proactively identify operational issues, propose solutions, and support their resolution.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in AP area,
good understanding processes in AP area,
high interpersonal and analytical skills,
attention to detail and thoroughness,
very good command of English and French (at least B2),
university degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting will be an asset,
