Thanks to our full-service practice, specific experience and thorough knowledge of the market, our advisers understand exactly what clients need.Loyens & Loeff is currently looking for a Senior Dutch-speaking associate with between 5 and 8 years of experience in corporate and insolvency litigation, to join our Dispute Resolution Expertise Group.Loyens & Loeff has a strong track record with an established reputation in litigation and arbitration proceedings covering a wide range of industries, services and regions.You will join our Tier 1 Litigation & Arbitration practice and be based in Brussels.Your Profile:

• You hold a master’s degree in Belgian law with an excellent academic record.
• You have between 5 and 8 years of professional experience in litigation, with extensive experience in corporate litigation and a proven practice of insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
• You have a perfect oral and written knowledge of Dutch, you have an excellent knowledge of English and at least a good passive knowledge of French.
• You work proactively and you are result driven.
• You are a team player and you communicate easily and effectively with your colleagues and clients.
• You are able to perform in-depth and creative analysis and to find pragmatic solutions that meet your clients’ requirements.
• You are eager to further develop your skills in a challenging and international working environment.
