Your work will focus on enhancing our software development lifecycle, speeding up feedback to developers, and ensuring high-quality software reaches our customers.This role is crucial to NETGEAR’s transformation, as you will help drive quality automation efforts and foster a culture of quality and automation within an Agile team. You will focus on reducing manual testing through automation, ensuring the team delivers robust and scalable software at speed. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate in-person from the Cork office at least two days a week, balancing collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.Your contributions will play a pivotal role in NETGEAR’s evolution, driving the quality of its platform and shaping customer experiences as the company shifts towards a software-driven model.Key Requirements:
