You will be adaptable, confident in partnering with stakeholders and providing support across the business. You will have a proven track record in Insurance or in relevant e-commerce.You’ll ideally be confident in building relationships and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.You’ll enjoy thinking on your feet, whilst also having the opportunity to utilise your skills as an effective problem solver and be proactive in driving change by identifying and acting upon areas for improvement across the entire customer journey.By joining our team you’ll:

• Work across our Insurance and HX Adventures businesses, supporting all elements of those businesses from Product and Underwriter to Partnerships and Tech & Product.
• Maintain and evolve our Looker dashboards, ensuring they stay useful, trusted, and loved.
• Analyse performance, spot opportunities for improvement, and assist with the implementation and development of strategic initiatives aimed at making the customer experience fast, easy, and personal.
• Work closely with the commercial, marketing, product and partnerships teams, you’ll understand their data requirements and enable them to become more self-sufficient and data-driven.
• Extract, transform, and model data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. You’ll dive deep into performance data to uncover what’s working, what’s not, and where the gold lies.
• Support the needs of the wider team, whilst looking ahead at how processes can be optimised. Lead the charge on empowering the team to use data themselves through intuitive tools and support.
• Support booking funnel diagnostics to improve performance in a dynamic trading environment
• Ideally, you’re someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, asking the ‘so what’ and helping others understand the story behind the numbers

What you can bring to our team:

• An eagerness to own processes and test out new commercial ideas.
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management – you’ll be the friendly face of data clarity in the team and wider business.
• Confidence using SQL (BigQuery preferred), Looker, and Google Sheets to surface insights
• Experience in the Insurance industry is a big plus, although not fully essential
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to tell a story with data
