Key Responsibilities
* Prepare Biological Assessment Dossiers (BADs) and draft registration reports (dRR Part B3) in accordance with Regulation 1107/2009, European Commission guidelines, EPPO, and national requirements.
* Conduct efficacy data gap analyses and advise on registration strategies.
* Design Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) for product registrations across the EU, including trial planning and data generation.
* Provide senior scientific advice on efficacy and mentor junior team members.
* Support and manage efficacy trial contracting programs and study report verifications.
* Handle regulatory interactions, addressing feedback and requests from authorities effectively.
* Lead and contribute to multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Requirements
* Degree in agronomy or a related field; a strong scientific background is advantageous.
* At least 5 years’ experience in preparing BADs.
* Strong understanding of agronomic practices, crops, and application techniques.
* Hands-on experience in GEP efficacy field studies for plant protection products.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
* Self-driven and capable of managing complex projects and prioritizing workload.
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
