Senior Business Analyst 12 Month FTC | Process Optimisation | Simplification | Process Improvement | FinTech | Hybrid in London 2/3 days per week | £85,000 + 20% bonus + benefitsPLEASE READ: Please only apply if you have proven experience of simplification as a Business Analyst. This role requires business process improvement as it is vital for the role.Method Resourcing are proud to have partnered with a prestigious financial institution who have an exclusive client base of high wealth individuals.The role: You will be working on their successful delivery and adoption of their lending platform. This project is a 5/6 year piece of work so plenty of greenfield work to be getting stuck into. This role is all focused on simplification within the lending program so they need someone to simplify the existing complex lending solutions and ensure business processes are optimised before the team can automate.Your skillset will include:

• Educated to a degree level.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in business process improvement and simplification (essential).
• Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to elicit, analyse, document, and manage requirements end-to-end.
• Experience of working in Agile based projects (SCRUM/KANBAN) with ability to write high quality epics, features, and user stories.
• Ability to apply a repertoire of business analysis tools and techniques on projects, adapting the approach where required.
• Structured approach to problem solving.
• Financial servcies expeirence is desired.
• Six Sigma qualification is desirable.
