The roleBusiness Analyst is responsible for providing effective and accurate analytical support to the Lovisa European and UK store teams by producing monthly operational targets, detailed variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting as required.

• Finance Business Partner to the EU/UK Commercial Sales regional business leader
• A leader in process improvement of financial and operational reporting across the business
• Peparing and distributing weekly and monthly reporting to the business
• Month end responsibilities

About you:

• Master Degree in relevant field
• 3-4 years experience in business analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of English and Polish
• The ability to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy
• A sound understanding of accounting and financial principles
• Demonstrated understanding of Customer experience and ability to build productive relationships with both internal and external Customers
• Proven ability to plan, organise and deliver results on time in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills essential
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
