• Perform ongoing analysis of massive data sets to understand user behavior and provide actionable recommendations in different areas of the product
• Define and build dashboards, reports, and analyses for different departments to help monitor game KPIs and understand connections between different KPIs and player or market behaviors
• Build prediction models and causal inference models that support long term growth and monetization
• Work in close collaboration with the product, game economy, and monetization departments to achieve KPI goals

Our requirements

• 4+ years’ experience as an analyst in data driven organizations. Experience from the gaming space – a plus
• A degree in a quantitative field (math/statistics/engineering/economics or any related field)
• Experience working with data science models, libraries, and tools – e.g. NumPy, SciKit, Pandas, Keras, Tensorflow, SageMaker, Transformers, R, MatPlotLib, etc.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python (for data science purposes)
• Strong literacy in statistics preferred
• Experience building complex dashboards – Tableau or Metabase experience a plus
