Senior Business AnalystWe are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering solutions for complex business challenges, focusing on Management Stress Testing and Credit Risk Models. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology, driving process improvements and ensuring successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for optimization, balancing regulatory, operational, and strategic requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Provide expertise in regulatory stress testing and credit risk modeling, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Contribute to product and process roadmaps, supporting Product Owners in defining priorities and objectives.
• Design and recommend solutions, leveraging data analytics and automation tools to enhance business performance.
• Prepare and manage business cases, epics, user stories, and project documentation to facilitate delivery.
• Drive and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Create reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to support decision-making.
• Mentor junior analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work with tools like ADO, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Certifications such as Agile BA Foundation, FRM, CBAP or PMP are a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Finance or Technology).
