This is a Senior Business Analyst role for a well established organisation within the Public Sector who are looking to grow their Business Analysis function as part of a transformation.As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to understand and address the business needs. Your main focus will be evaluating current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring projects align with the overall goals. You will also play a key role on the Portfolio Management Board, where you will help plan and communicate changes to support strategic decisions. Your ability to work well with people at all levels will be essential in building trust and driving positive change across the organisation.In addition to leading projects, you’ll also support, mentor the other Business Analysts in the team, helping them develop their skills and guiding them through complex tasks. You’ll work with the IT team to find solutions that improve the business processes and increase efficiency.For this role, we’re looking for a Senior BA who has previously lead small teams and who doesn’t mind getting stuck into some of the more complex tasks. You’ll be the bridge between the Senior Management and the team of BA’s.

Expected salary

£55000 – 60000 per year
