Job Description:At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.What will you be doing in this role?

• Analysis of Business requirements and risk analysis.
• Business processes modelling, process analysis and analysis of the integration of different information systems.
• Assistance and/or participation in business cases, business glossary, vision, business requirements documents and other relevant documents.
• Description of user requirements and functional requirements (epics and user stories).
• Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
• Coordination and collaboration with the project teams and participation in Sprint Review meetings.
• Support the Project Managers of information systems to meet identified business needs and deliver high quality products and assist in the implementation of the project management methodology.

Requirements:What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master’s degree in IT field with minimum 9 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 13 years of relevant experience).
• At least 8 years of specific expertise with UML / BPMN.
• At least 2 years of specific expertise with SPARX Enterprise Architect.
• At least 1 year experience with information systems matters.
• At least 1 year experience of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
• Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes.
• Knowledge of information systems lifecycle and development methodologies (RUP- RUP Agile or Agile Scrum).
• Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, MS Teams and Signal.
