• minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, at least 3 of which are in the trading area
• very good knowledge of UML. Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework set up. IREB and SAFe certifications are an advantage
• excellent stakeholders management skills, including the ability to convince others of the proposed solution. Strong ownership and collaboration skills, as well as a positive mindset
• experience in contributing to the definition of best practices and process standardization
• fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken), German is a plus

What You Will Do

• analysis of requirements, with focus both on functionalities and architecture, in close cooperation with the team and the department. Specify and document solutions from an E2E point of view; present the results of your analysis to the Release Train as part of a feature refinement meeting
• work in an agile environment and collaborate with the relevant roles to deliver new functionalities, expand the trading platform and its documentation
• develop and maintain requirements and functional documentation, including machine-to-machine interfaces specifications
• participate in the conception of new functionalities and test the acceptance criteria
