We’ve partnered with a leading Investment Bank that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Markets & Securities Operations team in London. This role is ideal for someone who brings a combination of sharp analytical thinking, strong project delivery skills and a deep understanding of front-to-back operational processes. You will play a key role in delivering high-impact programmes across multiple asset classes, including Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives.Working closely with stakeholders from Front Office, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal, you will help implement practical, well-controlled solutions that support the bank’s strategic priorities.Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and define business requirements to support strategic change across operations
• Lead workflow reviews and propose future state solutions that enhance control and efficiency
• Manage project delivery from end to end, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align on solutions
• Produce reporting and updates for senior management, including testing and implementation planning
• Resolve issues related to trade lifecycle events and project execution

Skillset and Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge and experience of operations functions and workflows
• Good knowledge across most asset classes, in particular Fixed Income, Equity and Derivative products
• Business analysis experience within a top tier bank
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and operational processes
• Proven ability to deliver complex change initiatives in fast paced environments
• Project management skills with a focus on detail, structure, and clear communication
• Confidence working across a wide range of stakeholders and technical teams
• Familiarity with regulatory and risk frameworks relevant to markets operations
