As a Senior Business Analyst in the Banqsoft squad, your expertise will drive significant change and innovation.Our Debt Management Development Tribe is a dynamic hub of Business and IT Development professionals, committed to developing and deploying the new operating model for debt collection in Danske Bank. We work collaboratively to integrate a new vendor-based platform into the Danske Bank ecosystem, ensuring seamless, high-quality and compliant operations across the customer journey.Joining us means being part of a positive and forward-thinking team where your contributions are valued. You’ll engage in key deveopments that lay the foundation for the Bank’s new debt collection operating model. • Engage in all phases of the Software and Process Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning and design to implementation and support.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the team’s backlog accurately reflects business priorities and user requirements.
• Facilitate the process of identifying business and regulatory requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Proactively identify and address key dependencies within and outside the DMD Tribe supporting our target state plan ambitions for debt collection.

About you:You are an experienced Business Analyst with a solid understanding of the banking business and agile methodologies. Your strong communication skills enable you to work effectively across diverse teams, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• At least 3 years of work experience in the financial services as a senior or chief-level Business Analyst, with experience in agile environments.
• In-depth knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Atlassian toolset ie. Confluence, JIRA, Zephyr).
• Confident in identifying compliance and legal requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish, written and verbal.
