Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce/Telco) – £550 PD – Outside IR 35 – HybridA leading telecommunications corporation is hiring a hands-on Senior Business Analyst who has experience delivering & integrating Salesforce or Salesforce Field Service within the telecommunications industry. Ideally, the chosen SBA will have an integrated Salesforce with Uswitch previously and have a good understanding of digital ecommerce integration’s within the telco domain. Our client is based in Kent, and seeking someone to travel to site on an ad-hoc basis (very infrequent).This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll translate business needs into actionable requirements and help deliver scalable, effective solutions. The role focuses on driving the end-to-end requirements lifecycle – from capturing stakeholder needs to supporting project delivery and system roll outs.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical leads to ensure clarity of scope and objectives.
• Capture, analyse, and document business, operational, and systems requirements for new functionality, integrations, and process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define customer journeys, use cases, and end-to-end business processes.
• Translate requirements into functional, technical, data, and integration specifications.
• Assess upstream and downstream impacts of proposed changes, proactively highlighting risks and dependencies.

Essential skills:

• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Field Service is a must have.
• Experience working within the telecommunication industry is a must have.
• Proven experience in a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role, ideally in a technology-led environment is a must have.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with a structured approach to problem-solving is a must have.
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments is a must have.

Desirable:

• Experience with Netadmin
• Previous CRM integration experience with Uswitch.
• Familiarity with retail customer onboarding, provisioning, or operational support workflows.
