We adopt design thinking approaches to reimagine how organisations operate to deliver for their customers, employees and wider stakeholders. This may be by examining organisation operating models, implementing new ways of working, developing capability, streamlining operational processes, introducing automation all through.As a senior consultant within our team you will have the opportunity to work on different types of projects across different industries helping our clients come up with solutions to their problems. You will gain experience across different roles, working as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team.Our clients include both public and private sector organisations. Our projects range from strategic consulting projects and feasibility studies, through to the delivery of multi-year transformation programmes.Depending on your experience or area of interest, this could include:

• Process optimisation
• Strategic reviews
• Feasibility studies
• Service Design
• Organisation design
• People development and competency model design
• HR analytics and workforce planning
• Digital transformation
• Client advisory including ICT procurements and technical quality assurance
• Change management
• Transformation programme design and delivery
• Redesign of workplace and ways of working
• Sustainability advisory services.

What we look for in a senior business consultant

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (including fluent English)
• Demonstrates integrity to do the right thing – for your clients and your team

• Ability to draw insights from data and use insights to draw conclusions and recommendations
• Experience in business and process management methodologies and hands on project experience

• Brings knowledge of frameworks and methodologies to both drive quality and accelerate delivery of consulting engagements
• And most importantly, the ability to get along with others and make work fun

What we will look for in your CV

• 5+ years professional experience, with some experience working in consulting roles (including internal consulting roles)
• Master’s degree (2.1 or higher) or a First-class primary degree in a Digital discipline, Business or Management.
• Evidence of application of practical experience in business and process analysis roles
• Evidence of working with data
• Understanding and appreciation of how technology can support solving business problems
• Continuous professional growth and development.
