You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales strategy, standardizing business processes, and increasing the productivity of the sales organization. You’ll collaborate closely with VP- and Director-level leadership to inform decisions with data and implement tools and processes that scale. • Own the models and processes for setting sales goals and administering the sales incentive program.
• Analyze B2C sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform sales strategy and improve sales performance.
• Build and maintain actionable, intuitive sales reporting in Salesforce, CRM Analytics, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales leadership to prioritize, test, and implement improvements to sales technology, including Salesforce capabilities.

Role Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Proven ability to translate business drivers into spreadsheet models, and to translate model outputs for stakeholders in leadership.
• Experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations (or similar), ideally in a dynamic, high growth setting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teammates throughout the organization, from entry level to VP-level, and between diverse teams (e.g. Engineering and Sales)

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field
• 4+ years of experience in analytical roles focused on growing a business
• Strong spreadsheet modeling skills; SQL proficiency is a plus
• Experience with CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Tableau, CRM Analytics, e.g.) – and curiosity to master and improve our specific tools
