OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our dynamic team at a leading Healthcare Insurance Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing systems solutions that meet the needs of our business and enhance our operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business processes and user needs.
• System Analysis: Analyze existing systems and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance system functionality and performance.
• Design and Development: Collaborate with the development team to design and develop system solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Testing and QA team to define and develop test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of system solutions, identifying and assisting to resolve any issues or defects.
• Implementation and Support: Assist in the implementation of system solutions, providing ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system solutions, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
• Training and User Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively use system solutions.

Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally with focus in a healthcare insurance environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes and propose effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Healthcare Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare insurance industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder relationship.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, KAMBAN, SAFe,…)
• Will be a plus Proficiency in RPG Iseries development, including RPG IV, RPG Free, CL and SQL. Knowledge of IBM iSeries (AS/400) and related tools and technologies.
