Our client, a global leader in sustainable materials and clean technologies, is driving large-scale transformation and looking for a Senior Change Manager. Based in Belgium with an international footprint, the organisation offers Senior Change Managers the chance to work directly on strategic programmes such as corporate strategy execution, digitalisation and process transformation.
You’ll join a mature but evolving transformation environment where change professionals are trusted advisors to senior leadership.

Role Responsibilities
* Lead strategic change for major programmes: Design and execute governance x2011;grade change strategies for enterprise initiatives, ensuring people, process and technology changes land effectively and sustainably.
* Drive measurable adoption and benefits realisation: Plan and deliver targeted interventions to build readiness, accelerate usage and proficiency, and secure compliance and positive sentiment.
* Build and elevate the change practice: Contribute to methodologies, toolkits and playbooks, coach leaders and HR, and nurture a community of practice that raises overall change maturity across regions and functions.
Requirements
* Change Management certification is a big plus (Prosci, CCMP)
* At least 7 years in Change Management or a related people x2011;side transformation role in complex, multi x2011;stakeholder environments, including leading large x2011;scale organisational change.
* Solid understanding of project and programme methodologies (including Agile/Lean)
* Experience in International Environment
* Fluent level of English, other languages can be a plus
