We are seeking a Senior Commercial BI Analyst to develop Power BI reports and dashboards, deliver actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making for customers. You will gather requirements, analyse data, and ensure reporting solutions align with business needs.Key Responsibilities:

• Build custom Power BI dashboards, ensuring they are scalable and user-friendly.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimise data models and ensure accuracy.
• Engage with customers to refine solutions and provide ongoing support.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Power BI expertise and strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with SQL, data modelling, and SaaS environments.
• Excellent communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, and ETL processes.
• Experience with embedded analytics and Agile workflows.
