• Building a sales pipeline
• Lead chasing
• Collaborating with local clients
• Sourcing and Candidate Outreach
• Candidate Screening and Assessment
• Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers
• Tracking and Reporting
• Managing the ATS system
• Making outbound calls

What would KPI Recruiting like to see in you?

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the professional services sector/ business support
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of the recruitment life cycle
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• An aptitude for sales and business development
• You will be able to objection handle
• Negotiate rates and terms of business
