Senior Consultant- Data Developer (ESG Reporting)

Our Delta Technologies team is looking for a Senior Consultant- Data Developer (ESG Reporting) to help and support one of our clients a major player within the fund industry. 

The Senior Consultant- Data Devloper will have the following responsibilities:  

• Build data pipelines & objects in Palantir Foundry (using Code Repository, Pipeline Builder, Ontology Manage
• Create reports on top of this data (using Workshop, Quiver, Slate)

The Senior Consultant- Data Developer will also have the responsibility to support and manage Delta initiatives around building pipelines and ESG Reporting topics. As an Technical consultant, he will act as Subject Matter Expert to support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.  

Requirements

• Must have at least +5 years of experience as a data engineer (with a data-oriented mindset)
• Proven experience in development and maintenance of data pipelines (Palantir Foundry)
• Good development practices (gitflow, unit tests,documentation…) and a Proven experience in agile projects (Scrum and/or Kanban)
• Good level in Python (and/or Pyspark), SQL. With good Knowledge in decisional data modeling & datalakes environments and Concepts.
• Knowledge of : REST API development (Flask, FastAPI, Django…) and Typescript are a plus
• Awareness on data management and data privacy topics
• Knowledge of (Re)insurance industry and / or Financial Services is a plus
• Master’s degree in Data Analysis or Software Engineering
• English and French speaking are mandatory
