We are growing with our SAP framework and are taking off on our digital journey to use the newest S/4 HANA features to optimize and enhance our global template.To set the foundation and ensure Sika’s success on our digital journey, we are looking in Madrid-Alcobendas for a professional and highly technicalSenior Consultant/Solution Architect SAP MDGIn this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly innovative environment that will together with external partners, perform rollouts in record time. Your goal and one of your main tasks will be to lead projects, project teams and deliver solutions based on our global template.

• Working in the role as a Senior Consultant/Solution Architect for our area of SAP MDG-M/ MDG-S & SAP Migration Cockpit and Master Data Management Tools (e.g. Fiori Apps, Business Partner, LSMW) you will sign responsible for the applications
• Design solutions supporting the Sika business teams on a global and template-oriented basis
• Work with the latest technologies based on our S/4 HANA system in a global team (with integration to non-SAP applications)
• Provide and manage application support activities such as investigating and resolving incidents and change requests to meet business requirements from our global Master Data management team
• Manage integration of Master Data with SAP and NON-SAP systems (e.g Ariba; Byd; SRM…)
• Identify business opportunities and be responsible to deliver tangible and measurable business value – collaborate with business stakeholders and promote global standardized «state of the art» master data Solutions
• Implement SAP solutions using defined methodologies (i.e., for data migration, training, testing and go-live)
• Align with S/4 HANA teams on functional and integration topics

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Business Studies or equivalent experience
• At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in configuring or implementing SAP MDG solution, SAP Migration Cockpit and/or Fiori based master data maintenance tools
• Have detailed knowledge of master data processes and master data architecture and the ability to translate in SAP solutions
• Strong technical understanding and ability to use master data management tools (e.g. MDG-M, MDG-S, LSMW, data migration cockpit, LSMW, BRF, SAP BP)
• Project experience from 3+ successful SAP projects in the role of project manager/ functional lead or functional consultant
• Proactive and structured person, who is used to drive initiatives from the beginning to the end
• Debugging skills in ABAP and experience in EDI and IDOC interface for sales orders processing transactions would be an asset
• Strong communication skills with experience working in virtual teams and feels comfortable communicating with stakeholders and colleagues of all hierarchy levels
• Business fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• We do offer two days of home office per week.
