Senior Consultant, Sustainability Advisory Services

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage consulting assignments throughout their entire project cycle: initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure.
• Maintain expert knowledge of relevant voluntary and compliance regulations and underlying accounting methodologies in the sustainability landscape, including but not limited to GHGP, SBTi, CDP, TCFD, CSRD, etc.
• Develop scopes of work and proposals in collaboration with the commercial teams and actively contribute to business development activities of the company as needed.
• Understand the full scope of sustainability and World Kinect services and solutions.
• Interact and build relationships with our international and regional clients and manage the timely delivery of assignments.
• Grow awareness of our Sustainability offerings and improve World Kinect’s position as market leaders through the delivery of customer-facing webinars and training, earned media, participation and speaking at conferences and industry events.
• Identify and prioritize market segments and service offers that have the greatest growth and revenue potential.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the industry that enable us to leverage growth potential through partnerships and other cooperative alliances.
• Refine and maintain existing Sustainability Advisory offerings for the region to ensure market relevance and competitiveness. Support in development and launch of new offers to meet market demands.
• Work with the Sustainability Advisory global team to achieve annual common revenue goals, interim quarterly targets, and key performance indicators.
• Effectively manage project timelines, cost, and deliverables for each engagement. Develop standard deliverables reflective of company standards.

Additional Responsibilities

The incumbent must be able to communicate effectively, build relationships and work closely with internal and external stakeholders including clients, third-party vendors, and peers across the World Kinect global team. Must be comfortable and proficient in presenting advisory and sustainability products and services, internally and externally.
