Do you have a proven track record delivering multiple high value, complex projects across high rise residential or commercial sectors? If so, we want to hear from you.A thriving and fast-growing specialist principal contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to take the lead across a portfolio of major new build and recladding projects. With a strong order book and more work being secured every month, this is a critical strategic hire with genuine scope to shape operational delivery across the region.What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing multiple large scale, multi million façade and high-rise construction projects from start to finish
• Leading all operational aspects across new build, recladding, rainscreen cladding, and EWI installations
• Managing and mentoring a growing team of Contract Managers, Project Managers, and Site Managers
• Driving programme delivery, quality, safety, and commercial performance
• Reporting to board level and contributing to wider business strategy
• Working closely with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to maintain and enhance reputation
• Ensuring full compliance with HSEQ requirements and delivering projects to specification

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager or similar level (Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager etc.)
• Extensive track record in cladding, rainscreen, EWI, and/or recladding projects
• Solid understanding of façade compliance, fire remediation, and new build high-rise delivery
• Able to manage multiple concurrent projects valued £2m-£20m+
• A confident leader with experience recruiting and developing delivery teams
• Fully up to speed with CDM regulations, NHBC/LABC processes, and relevant building safety legislation
• All relevant site qualifications – SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, and ideally NVQ Level 6/7 or equivalent
• Based in the South East and able to attend the East London office regularly
