Senior Contract Manager – ConstructionOn behalf of a major pharmaceutical client, HH Consult is looking for 2 Senior Contract Managers to take the lead on supplier contracts within the Construction Category. You will optimize financial outcomes, manage deliverables, and secure project timelines, playing a key role in complex construction projects.Location: Kalundborg, Denmark Start: As soon as possible Duration: + 12 months Working hours: 37 hours/week Travel: Approx. 10-50 days/yearKey Responsibilities

• Lead commercial aspects of AB18/ABT18 contracts, ensuring deliverables align with project objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage disputes, and handle change negotiations.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, legal, procurement) and external partners (suppliers, engineering firms).
• Ensure adherence to Good Procurement Practice, including ethical sourcing and sustainability

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in procurement or contract management, with strong exposure to the construction industry.
• Proven negotiation expertise, including claims and change management.
• Fluency in Danish (oral and written).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex issues with minimal guidance.
