Workload: 100%We are looking for a Senior Controller to join our Axpo Finance team in Poland. This is a replacement contract for 18 months, covering maternity leave. You will play a key role in analyzing business results, improving processes, and supporting financial operations.What you will do:

• Analyze financial results and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor financial data (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and control costs.
• Coordinate group and local financial close processes (IFRS, local GAAP).
• Prepare and analyze data for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to monitor project revenues.
• Drive automation and improvement of mass workflow processes.

What you bring & who you are:

• Master’s degree in Economy, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a financial role.
• Proficiency in financial models and data processing automation (e.g., VBA, SQL, Python).
• Experience with tools like Tagetik and Navision/Business Central is an advantage.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
