Our group is ranked in the Top 3 in the cosmetics industry and in the Top 10 in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide.Your missionFor the Benelux, we are looking for a driven Financial Senior Controller and be part of the Benelux Finance Team.You will be the Finance Business Partner (Financial Planning & Analysis) for the two Business Units; Dermo-Cosmetics & Personal Care on the one hand and Pharmaceutical Care on the other hand on the Benelux markets. That encompasses support to Sales, Marketing, Commercial Supply Chain and Medical.Your main missions will be:

• Development of the annual budget and the multiple year plan’s
• Regular Updates of the Business and Financial Outlook through the Rolling Forecast Process
• Performance monitoring and improvement through the follow-up of the P&L’s, budgets, investments, monthly reporting’s and ad hoc analysis
• Development and management of the KPI’s / dashboards
• Support to decision-making process with financial analysis and models
• Preparation of the information for the external and internal auditors
• Close collaboration with the Group Controllers to ensure compliance with group processes and procedures
• Contributor to the Internal Control Environment

The Senior Controller reports to the Director Finance & Operations Benelux.Who you are ?

• Master degree in the field of Business Engineering or Economics
• Experience of 5 years within a similar role or in audit (preferred)
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles (IFRS)
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Excel, ability to manage databases and to make links with other data sources to check accuracy
• Experience with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX / SAP HANA), Reporting (Tableau) and Planning (Oracle Cloud EPM)
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a high level of quality
• Analytical skills and creative
• Assertive and diplomatic, team player both within finance and with other departments
• Good communicator (presentation skills / story telling) who likes to develop people and processes
• Excellent command of Dutch, French and English (both written and orally)
• Experience / knowledge of pharmaceutical and/or dermo-cosmetic business is an advantage
