Your responsibilities:

•    Reporting to Head of Business Controlling Poland & Czech Republic

•    Based in Warsaw – Sephora office

•    Finance business partner to Managers in Czech Republic

•    Finance business partner to Poland & Czech Republic Head of Ecommerce

•    Support in managing regular monthly closings from a controlling point of view

•    Analysis of discrepancies – actual situation vs budget

•    Creating reports (financial and non-financial indicators/weekly, monthly) 

•    Coordination and active participation in the process of preparing key financial plans for Czech:

-•    Strategic Plans
-•    Annual budgets
-•    Budget forecasts / revisions
•    Preparation of various financial or commercial analysis and simulations for the local Board or Headquarters in France

•    Active participation in the process of preparing a profitability calculation for opening a Perfumery in a given location, or contract extension

•    Collaboration across the company (General Manager, Finance, Operations, HR, Logistics, External companies, etc.) 

•    Setting up processes and projects 

•    Support in audit related activities 

 
Our expectations:
•    Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position
•    Fluency in English (Czech or French will be an advantage)
•    Higher education – economic, finance
•    Proficient knowledge of Excel, SAP, Power BI
•    Analytical skills, proactive attitude and creative approach to tasks
•    Autonomy in action and the ability to work in a rapidly changing reality
•    Experience in the retail industry, in the beauty or fashion sector is welcome
