The Customer and Partner Service Manager is responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing projects related to operations, particularly in the area of goods and services delivery. This is a new role reporting to the Director of Operations, it ensures the establishment of efficient operational processes, optimizes resource utilization, and supports overall operational excellence.
