• Overseeing the efficient operation of the customer services department.
• Ensuring optimal levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Addressing and resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.

• Collaborating with other departments to improve customer service delivery.
