Your tasksYou will work closely with Data Functional Leads, Data Product owners, and key users as well as IT partners, to deliver the requirements. Key missions will consist in:Data Strategy & Data Roadmap

• Understand the Data strategy as defined by the Data Functional lead and Business stakeholders
• Support the Data Domain / Sub Domain owners in the definition and prioritization of their Data roadmap, in liaison with Data Governance
• With the Data Domain, Accountable for Governance and Oversight of Data Product definition from a Functional perspective

User requirements

• Conduct deep-dive stakeholder interviews to extract nuanced requirements
• Coordinate the translation of the user requirements into Functional Specifications, with the support of Process SMEs, Business Partner, Platform teams, and IT partners
• Assist the Data Engineering team with shaping

Project execution

• Answer developers’ questions related to functional areas or data, liaising with Business Partner, Business users, or SMEs when needed
• Prepare and support the execution of the business testing phase, with the support of the Business report owner, Key users, and Business Partner
• Support Cutover activities related to business users’ deployment

What we expectExperience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant processes, analytical area systems, and tools is essential to navigate the complexities of the position

Skills and approach:

• Advanced proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
• Experience and knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain and Product Services processes
• Strong foundation in data modeling
• Relationship-building skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with project management approaches (including Agile), tools, and phases
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
• Able to align and work with diverse global stakeholders
• Skilled in BI tools such as SAP Business Warehouse/ BI, Microsoft PowerBI, SAP BO or BEX, QlikView or QlikSense is an asset
