• Demonstrable min 8 years’ industry experience with min 4 years of leadership in standard/reference data adoption and data quality monitoring.

• Expert knowledge of industry data of different kinds as well as general data practices like analysis, architecture, change management and governance.

• Expert knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SQL language (especially GoogleSQL) and other analytical tools.

• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Looker/Data Studio platforms.

• Proven ability to communicate with, coordinate and track work of multiple geographically wide spread groups of mid to senior level stakeholders.

• Understanding of banking/financial services industry and/or shared services organisations would be a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and proactively.

• Fluent English in writing and speaking.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of initiatives. ,[The Data & Analytics Office (DAO) Business Analyst is responsible for establishing and executing monitoring of organisational reference data standards adoption and delivering data analytics & knowledge for Business Organization Reference data Governance (BORG) project. Working with multiple origin systems, reference data sets, Analyst will be main the point of contact for org. standardization investigations, evolution of internal reference databases and related data knowledge. , Establish and evolve permanent monitoring of “golden sources” reference data adoption progress in key GCIO & GCOO systems. , Provide support towards external systems teams adopting organisational standards. , Work with internal development pods in order to deliver dashboards and reports on Google Cloud Platform in own expertise scope. , Execute in-depth organizational reference data investigations. Be a first point of contact for project team and business stakeholders within own expertise scope. , Actively participate in data, IT and governance architecture design sessions within own scope. , Prepare data governance & maintenance operating instructions, documentations and trainings towards different stakeholders groups. , Lead preparation and/or provide feedback to requirements towards related corporate IT systems in case of missing functionalities for data governance support. Track implementation progress and sign-off at UATs. , Establish good relationship and cooperate with key stakeholders from within global network of Officer’s, Global Functions and System Support teams.] Requirements: MS Office, Excel, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Looker, Data Studio Tools: Agile.
