Senior Developer/LeadUp to £60,000 per annum + BenefitsSalisbury – Hybrid (2 days in a week in office)iO Associates is looking for a talented Senior Developer/Lead to join the IT Architectural & Engineering Team with Services Support company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both coding and leadership, as it combines hands-on development with team management.You will play a vital role in shaping technical direction, mentoring developers, and delivering high-quality IT solutions while ensuring business-critical systems remain fully operational.Skills:

• Strong experience in software development using Microsoft technologies (.Net Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, .NET Framework 4.5+).
• Proficiency in SOLID principles, REST API integrations, front-end development, and automated release processes.
• Familiarity with software design patterns, JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, and MS SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Previous experience managing a team of developers (preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps, Azure, O365, Power Platform, and MS Dataverse (advantageous).
• Must be eligible for BPSS & SC clearance (existing SC clearance is a plus).
• A valid UK driver’s license is required.
