ROLE: Senior Digital Design Engineer
LOCATION: Leuven or Ghent, Belgium
DURATION: Permanent
SALARY: Negotiable

Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Design Engineer to lead and design high-quality digital and mixed-signal ICs. You will be responsible for technical leadership, project management, and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities:
*Design and verify digital and mixed-signal ICs.
*Lead the digital content of ASIC projects and collaborate with customers and suppliers.
*Mentor junior engineers in design, verification, and testing.
*Manage and participate in project meetings globally.
*Write documentation and ensure the quality of work.

Competencies:
*4+ years of experience in digital IC design (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog).
*Expertise in front-end verification (SystemVerilog + UVM).
*Experience with synthesis, LEC, STA, and scripting (Python, C).
*Familiarity with protocols like SPI, I2C, UART, CAN is a plus.
*Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and fluent in English.
