CCE develops and delivers clean energy solutions based on photovoltaic systems along the entire value chain – from project development and financing, construction, operation and maintenance to energy management.Our mission is to make our contribution to a consistent, global energy transition.YOUR TASKSEnsure the delivery of regulation and power markets analysis in support of power offtake and hedging activities of CCE, and the management of its portfolio of assets in NetherlandsAnalysis of Dutch power market and the impact of regulation on energy markets and offtake activities of the CCE groupProvision of regular reports on regulation and power market activities in NetherlandsSupport in the origination, negotiation and closure of PPAs and other types of offtake agreements for CCE assets in Netherlands and elsewhereManagement of RFPs both internal and external for origination of power offtake and PPAs across CCE assetsOutreach to consultants operating RFPs for PPAs in NetherlandsSupport in financial modelling of offtake structures for specific assets and the whole portfolio of CCE, as well as use of financial models for origination activitiesSupport to asset management in the operation of power plantsYOUR COMPETENCIES5+ years in regulatory analysis of Dutch and energy markets within a utility, consultancy or trading company5+ years of analysis of market trends and dynamics in the Dutch power and energy markets within a utility, consultancy or trading companyCompleted business studies specializing in energy management, trading or hedging management or a related fieldSound understanding of the energy markets, their regulations and trendsStrong negotiation and communication skillsAnalytical thinking and strategic planning skills.Business fluent in Dutch and English a requirement.
