Huawei’s Munich Research Center is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.Join us as aSenior Engineer in Hardware Resource Insight (m/f/d)Your mission

• Bringing new and innovative ideas to local technologies in Huawei consumer products
• Focusing on material processing through exhibitions and academic conferences
• Sorting out and continuously improving the key materials (metal, ceramic, non-metal, etc.), processing, and equipment resource map of the industry, start-ups from academia, and research institutions
• Quickly performing technical verification of feasibility based on new technical resources and product application scenarios
• Having technical insight capabilities to successfully and efficiently locate key partners in the technical domain
• Finding suitable technical cooperation resources to organize effective internal and external technical communication

Your areas of expertise

• A master’s degree or PhD relevant to material processing
• Familiarity with local precision resources in Europe and strong academic and industrial connectivity
• Understanding of products, processes, and equipment knowledge in the fields of ICT, digital energy, vehicle specifications, and terminals

• Possessing a solid knowledge background in precision and micro-nano manufacturing fields, such as precision optoelectronics, power electronics, and advanced packaging

• A minimum of 8 years of work experience related to the precision manufacturing field
• Familiarity with key local precision machining resources in Europe
• A strong desire to learn, as well as effective skills in and business development
• Possessing initiative, a positive attitude, a dedicated work ethic along with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English; overseas study or work experience is preferred
