You will work in a diverse, agile, and highly international environment with ambitious individuals dedicated to achieving our common goal: meeting the unique needs of our customers.Areas of Responsibility

• Being responsible for requirements documentation and quality improvement
• Analyzing and designing IT solutions in collaboration with all contributors
• Actively working together with Product Owner and Project stakeholders to ensure the content of deliverables is accurate, optimized, and secured
• Eliciting, validating, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Ensuring transparency and alignment of requirements by acting as a bridge between business and IT

Qualifications

• Knowledge in capturing and documenting business requirements and converting these into the foundation for IT design and development
• Proven experience in clarifying, documenting, and communicating functional and non-functional requirements by using data, process, or information modeling
• Technical literacy, knowledge of relevant tools and technologies such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and SQL databases
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, XP, and Kanban
• Able to work independently with defined problems on a highly complex level within specific platform and competence areas
• Ability to explain and report technical complexity in less technical language
• Focus on continuous improvement of services provided by the team
• Creative and innovative with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in international work and multicultural awareness

Will be an advantage

• ITIL Foundation certificate
• Experience in financial services (banking)
