Job Overview:Keurig Dr. Pepper is looking for a hands-on experienced Snr Financial Analyst for its Supply Chain Finance team. • Develop and leverage relationships with Procurement and Corporate functions to achieve product cost and related finance KPIs and goals. Including analysis and reporting on SG&A.
• Constructively challenge the status quo. Comfortable with ambiguity and reaching out to stakeholders to find route cause of problem.
• Provide meaningful insight and recommendations to Senior management.
• Be a trusted advisor and expert to the Procurement team and others, providing support to find common ground solutions that satisfy the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Identify and lead productivity, process, and continuous improvement activities.

Budget/Forecasting/Action Planning:

• Understand all cost drivers in order to provide accurate and challenging budgets and forecast
• Track and monitor financial performance by analyzing actual results and comparing to budget or forecast, providing variance analysis and business insights to management.
• Perform deep dive analyses on root cause of issues and make recommendations on resolution of issues.
• Compile weekly/monthly reporting of KPIs and other metrics and present in real time actionable format.
• Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to pro-actively identify improvement opportunities, minimize risk, and protect continuity of supply.
• Coordinate activities with corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial results and other financial closing activities.

Decision Support:

• Articulate actionable data-driven insights by leveraging BI tools and storytelling techniques
• Use business intelligence tools and data analytics to influence others and drive decision making
• Formulate innovative ideas and map steps that will clearly accelerate the organization towards its goals
• Participate in function or career development training and develop new skills essential to the future of Supply Chain Finance

Requirements:Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience (e.g. ACA,ACCA a plus)
• Financial acumen, demonstrated experience problem solving with analytical thinking, and history of business partnership
• 5+ years’ experience, preferably performing supply chain or manufacturing analysis
• SAP experience preferred; advanced Excel skills required
• Systems experience (Anaplan, Power BI, Planning Analytics or MicroStrategy, etc.)
• Procurement, Product Costing or Manufacturing and plant experience a plus
