We’re on an ambitious path to become the leaders in medical dermatology worldwide.In TDS Business Finance we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability, to achieve our goals.As part of Finance, the TDS Business Finance (BF) team is the owner of & focal point for forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, financial & business analysis, and performance management processes of our manufacturing area, Technology, Development and Supply (TDS).The purpose of this role is to ensure that the TDS Management of sites and global functions always has relevant and sufficient financial transparency and understanding to enable them to make timely and efficient decisions to achieve the strategy for TDS and LEO.We are seeking a new employee to join our team, based either at our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, or at our office in Gdańsk, Poland.Your roleYou are responsible of Finance Business Partnering for a TDS business area. As anchor point for cross TDS optimization, you will deliver below:

• Full responsibility for the reporting and forecasting process for the business area.
• Participate actively in setting Strategic objectives and particularly ensure a sufficient, relevant and ambitious financial basis is used.
• Define, structure and plan forecast process for the Business area.
• Deliver relevant management reporting providing transparency of gaps to target.
• Drive and implement gap-closing actions.
• Participate in the TDS BF general Product Costing model and ensure implementation and correct use in the site and global functions
• Provide training, communication and guidance for users and stakeholders.

Your qualificationsTo succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in finance or accounting (or alike)
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience with Financial accounting and controlling (preferred SAP FICO) from comparable positions
• More than 3 years of experience required within Business Controlling or Finance Business Partnering (Pharmaceutical experience an advantage)
• Manufacturing and supply chain finance is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with the ability to independently address complex and large amounts of data and or processes
• Strong communication skills enabling you to engage and influence key stakeholders
